Manitoba Hunting Rates

All Inclusive Black Bear Hunts

  • $3,600 US + 8.5% sales tax
  • Approximately $300 US for a hunting license
  • 6 full days hunting, Sunday arrival with departure the following Sunday*
    • End of April until beginning of June for spring bear hunting
    • First two weeks in September for fall bear hunting
  • Non-hunters - $175.00 US/day

A $1500 deposit is required to secure your booking. We accept personal checks, Paypal, e-transfer or cash. The balance for your bear hunt is due prior to arrival or via cash on arrival. Sorry, we do not accept credit cards at this time.

*We ask that you book your return flight in the late morning or around noon Sunday as we have a 2.5 hour drive from the lodge to the airport. We would also suggest to arrive the Saturday before your hunt begins and overnight in a hotel, due to recent incidents of numerous cancelled flights. We will then pick you up at the hotel Sunday morning. This will also give you plenty of daylight to sight in your gun back at the lodge.

  • Non-hunters - $175.00 US/day

What Is Included With Your Hunt

  • Full meals and accommodations
  • 2:1 guide service 
  • Pick up and drop off at Winnipeg International Airport
  • Skinning, caping, freezing of hide and meat. Processing of meat is not included. Most hunters will debone their meat and place it in our freezer. Should you choose not to take your meat, it will be divided amongst the guides. There are no processing fees for you.
  • Transfer of trophy to reputable taxidermist, if desired
  • Wolf and/or coyote during the fall bear and whitetail season
  • Fishing at the lake or nearby river during the later spring bear season and in fall, additional license fee of approximately $30. 
  • All licenses are secured by us and will be available at the lodge before your hunt begins.

Please note that you must possess a Hunter's Safety Certificate from your state or country in order to hunt in Manitoba. The minimum age requirement is 12.

What Is Not Included In Your Hunt

  • Tips or gratuities
  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Meat processing
  • Hotel stays before or after your hunt. There are several hotels in Winnipeg near the airport we can recommend

Cabin Rental Only During Off Season

We require a minimum 2 night stay

Bedding, pillows and towels are provided

$200 per night plus 5% GST and 7% PST, 6 per cabin. Extra $20/night/person if more than 6. Maximum capacity is 8 for each cabin.

Light housekeeping. Does not include meals. There is a full kitchen, cutlery and dishes/pots/pans in both cabins, you just need to provide your own food.
